Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

Voxlytics ("Voxlytics", "we", "us", or "our") provides an outbound calling and post-call intelligence platform ("Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of our website (voxlytics.ai) and users of our application (app.voxlytics.ai).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Contact Information

When you sign up or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, company name, phone number, and any other details you choose to provide.

1.2 Call & Telephony Data

Because Voxlytics facilitates outbound and inbound calling, we process call metadata (call time, duration, disposition, phone numbers dialed), call recordings where enabled by a customer, and any lead or contact records a customer uploads to run campaigns. Customers are responsible for obtaining consent from their own contacts to be called and recorded, in accordance with applicable law.

1.3 AI-Generated Call Intelligence

Where enabled, call recordings may be transcribed and analyzed to produce summaries, sentiment, objection signals, and related insights. Transcripts and derived insights are stored alongside the associated call record and are accessible to the customer account that owns the call.

1.4 Usage & Device Data

We automatically collect log data, IP address, browser type, device identifiers, and usage patterns when you interact with our website or application, generally via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including call routing, pacing, and lead distribution.
  • To generate AI-driven call summaries, transcripts, and analytics for the customer account that owns the call.
  • To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
  • To monitor, secure, and improve the Service, including detecting fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g. telephony/SIP providers, cloud hosting, AI transcription providers), bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
  • Your organization — if you interact with a Voxlytics customer's outbound calling campaign, your call data is visible to that customer as the data controller for their own campaigns.
  • Legal & safety — where required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Voxlytics, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice where required.

4. Data Retention

We retain call recordings, transcripts, and account data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Specific retention periods may be configured per customer account.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. See ourSecurity Overview for more detail. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hi@voxlytics.ai. If you are the contact of a Voxlytics customer (i.e. you were called as part of a campaign), please direct your request to that organization in the first instance, as they control the data collected about you.

7. International Data Transfers

Voxlytics operates from India, and information may be processed or stored in India or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps intended to ensure an adequate level of protection for data transferred internationally.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above.

10. Contact Us

Questions about this Privacy Policy or our data practices can be sent tohi@voxlytics.ai.

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction for disputes will be specified once Voxlytics completes incorporation.
